This dress is seriously so comfortable! The material is thick and the fit is perfect! Not too tight, not too big! I am wearing a small. Oh, and btw, it is on sale right now for $15!
I bought it thinking it would be cute with a sweater and some boots for fall, but since we haven't been getting much of the cooler temps yet, this is how I decided to style it for now.
We took these pics on Labor Day and as we were driving through the neighborhood, these 2 little girls had a lemonade stand set up, so cute! So, thats why I am holding the cup (incase you were wondering).

This top is not available online yet, but omg is it ever perfect!? It is super soft and easy to wear! I linked some ALMOST identical, one is about $6! But seriously, there is no other color combo as classic as black and white. I am excited to style this top into the Fall season! 

I know, I wear these American Eagle jeggings ALL the time. They are my favorites! My dad actually pointed out to me the other day that I wear them to much. Well here they are again, sorry dad! He always says it looks like I climbed a barbed wire fence when I wear ripped jeans, lol. Oh well.

I found these shoes the other day at Target and I am loving them! They make me think of these I see in my dreams. (Some day, hopefully!)

You know when you find that perfect piece of clothing that you want to wear all the time, and is really pretty much wearable all year round? That is this Old Navy sweater. It is lightweight enough to wear right now and is also the perfect transition piece for Fall! AND the best part is, its currently on sale for only $19! It is also available in 4 other color combos as well! 

I have said before, I had my eyes on these shoes for a LONG time and I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much on a pair of heels, but I finally found them at my local Nordstrom Rack for about $49, if I remember correctly. Well, I just found them for $37.48 here! Such a steal, from the original price tag of $134.95! So, if you've had your eyes on them as well, you're in luck! :)

Happy September 1st!! Can you believe it is already September!? Where did August go? I know i have said it before, but this year is seriously flying by! 

One of my favorite things to wear, come Fall is... PLAID! This top is from Marshall's, but I linked some similar ones above. I really appreciate the fact that this one is longer in the back. Sometimes with these kind of shirts, they can tend to look a little boxy, you know what I mean? Thats why I like that this one is longer, and the tops I have linked above are on longer as well.

Craving Fall

These cooler temps we've been having have got me SO ready for Fall! I ordered this sweater a while back during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. It is the perfect sweater for when the temps start dropping. I am a huge fan of long sweaters, they make me feel so cozy.
My sister, Leslie, my brother in law and little nephew, Gavin have been staying at our house while they get new floor put in their house. The other day I got home from work and Leslie was tired, so while she took a nap Trey, Gavin and I went on a little walk. Gavin LOVES his little red wagon. (even though he would rather push it than sit in it, haha)
School started last week, and its been bittersweet. It always makes me sad seeing all of the back to school advertisements and makes me think of when I was still in grade school and how depressing it was going back to school. Especially now that they start playing those kind of advertisements by July 4th! But I was ready for this semester, and it will be over before I know it.

Its not Fall yet, but this top has me wishing the temps were a little cooler. Button downs like this are perfect to wear during the transition into Fall (which I am SO ready for!!). This shade is available on Targets website, which I am really liking as well!
Weekend before last I decided to go ahead and get my hair cut off. I had been contemplating it for a few weeks and I was ready for a change so I decided to just go ahead and do it! It is a HUGE change, but I am getting used to it. I am a huge fan of long hair, so it is a good thing mine grows fast because I am really missing my long hair!

I purchased this black tunic during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and I am so happy that  I did! I love it! I am thinking I need it in a couple more colors. The fit is great (I am wearing a size Small) and I really like how it is much longer in the back! 

This Kate Spade bracelet is a must-have! It is so cute! I am so happy I was able to snag it during the sale! And may I take a moment and recognize this black Fossil watch I also purchased during the sale!? LOVING it! It is simple and sleek. I have been wanting a black watch for a while! SO happy I found this one!
