When I tell you guys this dress is the perfect Summer dress, I mean this dress is THE MOST PERFECT Summer dress! It is so light weight and airy and will keep you cool on those hot Summer days! And you wanna know the best part?... Its only $14.90!! I will be getting so much wear out of it. This is the first "off-the-shoulder" piece of clothing that I have purchased. I just haven't felt like they would look good on me...idk? But I'm in love with this dress and the whole "off-the-shoulder" trend this season. I can definitely see myself buying more off-the-shoulder pieces.
Forever 21 has so many cute off-the-shoulder tops online! I am loving the lace detail on this one, the stripes on this one and the blue geo print on this one!
